The Police Supervision Agency, with the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, has assigned security measures to four police officers.

According to the police announcement, the Head of the Economic Sector at the Tirana DVP has voluntarily left his post and has received the security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police" and is under charges for the criminal offenses "Violation of equality in tenders and public auctions" in collaboration and "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms".

Following the investigations related to the 2024 criminal proceedings, the Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has executed the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, which has imposed 4 security measures for police officers as follows;

Personal security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police" against the person under investigation HB, former Head of the Economic Sector at the Tirana DVP, dismissed from duty at his own request and currently self-employed, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in public tenders and auctions" in collaboration with "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms".

Personal security measures "Suspension of duty" and "Prohibition of leaving the country" against the person under investigation ET(Xh)., Head of the Accounting Sector at the Tirana Police Department, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in public tenders and auctions" in collaboration.

Personal security measures "Suspension of duty" and "Prohibition of leaving the country" against the person under investigation JC, with the position of Specialist of the Economic Sector at the Tirana Police Department, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violation of equality in tenders and public auctions" in collaboration with "Forgery of seals, stamps and forms".
