"No one should be afraid while fulfilling their duties!" This is the reaction of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, as he presents the strategy for preventing electoral crimes. Dumani was today at a roundtable organized by civil society regarding the May 11 elections. 

'We have very good cooperation with the Prosecutor General's Office on electoral crime, we have agreed and also determined the concrete way to handle cases according to competences,' he said.

He further expressed the necessity of investigating these electoral crimes.

'Elections are inextricably linked to the rule of law,' adds the head of SPAK.
Meanwhile, Dumani also explained where the investigations of SPAK and the General Prosecutor's Office will focus.

'The investigation will be carried out in accordance with the law and without political influence. Electoral crime, including that with informal financing, prolonging investigations post factum creates distrust.
