The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the suicide of a 41-year-old woman from the village of Vardalla in Sukthi, after a fake profile was opened on Tik Tok, which denigrated her image as a woman, labeling her as immoral.

The children's mother died on January 2, 2024, but the case was revealed in the media 3 days later, on January 5.

The persons who had the last contact with the deceased were questioned. Several work colleagues were asked, as well as the one who gave the photo to the aunt's daughter, which the latter, according to family members, misused.

His phone was also checked, the latter said in his testimony that he gave the photo because he did not know the family relationship between the two women, thinking for the better

Although the mother of 4 children filed the complaint on December 2, 2022, the fake profile was not closed. The work colleagues were aware of the psychological load with which the 41-year-old woman was living.

From the forensic expertise, it was found that there were no signs of violence in the body of the 41-year-old woman with the initials BL, and that the cause of death was poisoning.
