The Fier Court releases from detention Italian professor Michele D'Angelo , who is accused of causing a fatal accident in which a 15-year-old boy lost his life a few weeks ago.

After the defense's request, the measure from "prison arrest" was changed to "obligation to report to the judicial police" and "property guarantee." The court imposed a condition that only after paying 15 thousand euros, the Italian could be released from the cell.

It must be deposited within five days from the date of announcement of the decision, in a second-tier bank in the Republic of Albania.

The decision was announced on October 22nd and it is learned that the Italian professor is now in Italy, according to the media in the neighboring country, which means that he has paid the bail. But the decision was only officially announced today by the Court.

Michele D'Angelo, the university professor from L'Aquila, was released from prison after 50 days following a road accident on August 8.
