The news that circulated in the media a short time ago caused a stir, stating that inside the cell of Nuredin Dumani, a repentant justice official, arrested in the framework of the 'Golden Bullet' case, who confessed to a series of criminal incidents, he always ate in the cell premises.

But it seems the food didn't do him any good this time, and he ended up in the hospital.

Asked by the media whether Dumani had consumed shrimp inside the cell, SPAK says that this issue is not within its competence. According to SPAK, this issue belongs to the Directorate of Prisons.
" This issue is not within the competence of the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime.

For this reason, you can contact the General Directorate of Prisons and the Directorate for the Protection of Witnesses and Collaborators of Justice for further processing of your request ," SPAK's response, published on its official website, explains.
