Arrested on Friday, Court bans two protesters from leaving the country

The Tirana court decided to ban two arrested protesters, Orion Peçi and Artemisa Islamaj, from leaving the country.

The judge upholds the prosecution's request. They are charged with resisting police forces and disturbing the public peace.

Peçi and Islamaj were arrested after Friday's protest in front of Parliament, where 30 other people were also arraigned. Six police officers were injured during the rally.

Police stated that capsules were seized in a bag Islamaj was carrying.
