After 4 hours of strike, movement at Greek customs resumes
Kakavija Customs

The strike of Greek employees at the Kakavija, Kapshtica, Qafë Botë and 3 Urat Customs Points has created long queues of citizens and vehicles on Monday morning.

After about 4 hours of waiting, movement at the customs points on the border with the Hellenic state returned to normal.

But the flow of vehicles, buses, and trucks had created kilometer-long queues on the Albanian side, especially at the border points of Kakavija and Kapshtica, because many citizens were unaware of the strike on the Greek side.
