Agron Shehaj received the confidentiality agreement for the $302 million loan from the US and ran away.

Niko Peleshi announced that the deputies could read the loan agreement after signing the confidentiality agreement.

The Assembly does not provide a copy of the agreement, but asks the 140 deputies to read it together, in a hall that only holds 15 deputies. The only copy of the agreement was snatched by the leader of the "Mundësia" party.
