The three suspected perpetrators of the murder of entrepreneur Fatmir Ara on September 2 last year in Italy have been charged. On December 12, the trial against them will begin. Davide Giuseppe Osella Ghena, 31, his sister Barbara, 45, and their friend, 31-year-old Andrea Fagnoni, will appear before the court, Italian media reports .

The reason for the murder of the Albanian entrepreneur was an investment that Davide had made in Alba. He had bought a farm which he wanted to renovate.

He had entrusted the work to the 43-year-old Albanian, Fatmir Ara. But things were going slowly, and debts and economic problems had begun to accumulate for the suspected murderer.

Therefore, he thought that by eliminating Ara, he would get rid of these problems and thus began to plan the murder. Together with his friend, Andrea Fagnoni, they made an inspection in the rural area of ​​San Carlo Canavese.

The plan provided for the Albanian to be killed by Davide with a couple owned by his parents. The gun had been brought to him by his sister, Barbara, who had taken it secretly. While Fagnoni would wait in the car to facilitate the killer's escape.

So on September 2nd, Davide tricked Ara and sent her to San Carlo under the pretext that they were going to talk about work. But as soon as they reached the planned place, Davide took out the gun from where he had hidden it and shot 5 times at the victim.

After the first shot, the Albanian entrepreneur fell to the ground, while the author shot 4 more times to make sure he would die. He then went to the associate who was waiting for him a short distance away.

Seeing the dynamics of the event, the authorities initially suspected that it was an execution ordered by criminal organizations. Then the investigators reached Osella Ghena and Pagnoni, while later they also arrested his sister, Barbara.
