The mayor of Durrës has lost her father. Emiriana Sako gave the sad news about his death yesterday evening on her Facebook page, a few days after the funeral, as Sako herself writes, she was unsure whether or not to share this moment on social networks.

"But touched by your many messages, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart that in these difficult moments you were by my family's side, to share the bitterness and pain of my father's death", writes Emiriana Sako.

Further, with heartfelt words, the mayor emphasizes that her father has taught many virtues to her brothers, and she will miss her a lot:

"As a child, my father taught me and my brothers respect for others, to always tell the truth, to learn and study as much as possible, to love the book, and later to work with honor, modesty, and many virtues others that today have made us what we are, and from today, the memory of his life will accompany us forever! Dad, we will miss you so much!"
