Journalist Arsen Rusta has told an event recorded about 4 years ago, how the former candidate for the head of the Democratic Party, Ibsen Elezi, threatened him while he was reporting near the Court in Kukës, at the time when he was protesting about the beam on the Street of the Nation.

In a post on social networks, Rusta recounted the details of his clash with Elez, and according to the journalist, the latter burst into accusations and insults against him, calling him a puppy of Edi Rama and Carlo Bollino.

Rusta further adds that today the democratic politician, ironically, seems to have forgotten the time when he insulted and threatened the journalist and takes part in interviews in the media where he worked as a journalist.

In September 2018, I left the editorial office to cover the protests and events with the security measures of the protesters in Kukës. At that time when Trau was broken on the nation's road.

Cameraman Fatjon Nurcellari and I remain surrounded.

I answered you. Dear, I am so-and-so Arsen Rusta journalist. Don't damage the camera, let the cameraman take care of me. But men don't swear, you can hit and kill, but I don't owe you anything.

Thanks to a wiser correspondent man in Kukës. The situation calms down and he turns to Ibsen Elezi: don't touch the media as befits a Kukaian. That's where I learned the name. I forget my face!

That's how they let us go. Within a few weeks, Ibsen started to be invited to ReportTv as if nothing had happened. I reported this situation to the former head of the newsroom and the administration.
