Journalist Adriatik Doçi says that SPAK's biggest challenge is the investigation of Ilir Meta's wealth. So with several shops in Laprakë, he has benefited from a super villa at Gjiri i Lalëzi. Apparently this is a normal and legal thing, but what we don't know is the value of this villa. Some say it is 4 million euros, others say that the amount of this value exceeds the amount of the building together with the land. It can be seen from the photos that the palm trees were very expensive.

Then at one point, Kryemadhi does a report with a journalist where she shows the house. There it was seen that the interior decoration alone cost thousands of euros. Not to mention the 11 bathrooms, including one for his cat. So it is not normal to exchange that villa with that value, with some shops in Laprakë.

When the Americans invested in Albania to start the justice reform, suddenly the reportage disappeared. This report could be a test for SPAK. Meta has never declared the value of the villa, even none of the journalists has dared to ask him how much it costs.

Then Kryemadhi sells 12 apartments worth about 1 million euros. Meanwhile, there are still some apartments and shops in this building, which benefited from 33%. So with 60 thousand dollars in 2003 that he got a loan, after a few years, he secured the villa in Gjiri i Lalëzi, without putting his hand in his pocket and without spending a single cent.
