It was documented that the three citizens arrested, in cooperation with each other, on 12.06.2022, took the victim M. Ç., In the village of Kolanec, and after killing (strangling) him, for weak motives, threw "his body in the tank, to cover the event and to stage a suicide of the 26-year-old ", informs today the Korça police.

Ora News writes that behind this crime is hidden a love affair that the 26-year-old had with a girl with whom he was constantly communicating. The perpetrators asked the young man to interrupt the conversation with the young woman but he refused. Sources say that the father also knew about this relationship and asked the boy to stop talking to the girl.

The sister herself asked the father to report the disappearance of his brother, while the 26-year-old had not finished 9 years of school and could neither read nor write.

The victim did not move from his village and only engaged in cutting timber with his father. Bleti Angjo, Valter Mollaj and Edlir Mollaj are in handcuffs as suspected perpetrators of the murder of Martin Çeço.

Arrested: 

- Bleti Angjo , 38 years old, resident of Peshkëpi village, Pogradec (previously convicted of theft);

- Valter Mollaj , 43 years old, resident of Marjan village, Korça;

- Edlir Mollaj , 35 years old, resident of Marjan village, Korça.
