Until today, everyone knew that the much-wanted justice Florenc Çapja was enjoying his freedom in Dubai, due to the absence of an extradition agreement between the countries, but recently, police authorities had received information that he has returned to Albania .

This has led the Elbasni Police to carry out checks on all his family's properties. One of them that was checked was the service of 64-year-old Fejzullah Çapjas, Florenci's father.

The blue uniforms did not find the "strong" of Elbasan there, but during the check they found and seized: an "Alfa Romeo" type vehicle, without license plates, which was stolen in Kavaja on April 18, 2019; two license plates, which also turned out to be stolen in Elbasan, on June 29, 2020; war cartridges; a mobile device; a hat with the Police emblem, as well as a holster for carrying firearms.

The police suspect that the objects found in the service would be used for criminal events, declaring his father wanted and charging him with three charges, one of which is "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder".

But who is Florenc Çapja?

He has been declared wanted twice, but has not yet tried the cells of Albanian prisons.

He was initially wanted a year ago as the mastermind of the double murder of Gentian and Nezir Beqiri (father and son) in 2012. He was one of the perpetrators of the incident who uncovered the assassination attempt in the apartment of both victims. According to him, Çapja met them in the area of ​​Krraba and gave 50,000 euros for the order. To cover their tracks, Florenc and Ardian Çapja (already arrested) went to Macedonia on the day of the incident to lose their tracks.

Ardjan Çapja, Florenc Çapja, Ervis Bardhi, Etien Cani, Klajdi Dokolli and Olsi Leku are accused by the Special Prosecutor's Office of having acted as a structured criminal group in 2012, executing Gentian Beqiri and his father as a sign of revenge inside their home. his, Nezir Beqiri.
