Without the house she gave under contract to the builders in exchange for apartments, who in ten years of trials were found guilty of fraud, the 80-year-old woman no longer has doors where she can ask for help.

"I have won all the decisions of the judiciary, what do I want these decisions when no one gives me justice, I have been paying the rent for 10 years, instead of building buildings, they built fuel, they also built a neighborhood with buildings, and they didn't treat me, he exists with false documents and fraud to the residents, even if his dignity is destroyed at all, he has no support", said the elderly woman.

But although the courts have spoken and are on the side of the residents, they are inapplicable.

"This is the rent, it belongs to the court that has sentenced the court and the prosecutor of Vlora to five years in prison," says the elderly woman.

"I am at the doors of the most important Special Prosecutor's Office in Albania, in which expectations continue to be very high. Mother Ferideja continues to count the decisions that justice has given her within a decade. But what is the need for justice when it is unenforceable and no one can help you?
