Building administration fees, such as elevator maintenance or stair cleaning will be tightly collected.
The government has planned to turn these fees into mandatory executive titles, and for this purpose has issued for public consultation the amendments to the law on "On the administration of co-ownership in residential buildings."
It is there that the change on the issue of payment of the administration fee is determined.
Financial liabilities will be treated as executive titles based on Article 510 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which provides for the forced collection of liabilities up to the bailiff.
In this sense the executive title is the same as the electricity or water bill.
The proponent of this law is the Ministry of Finance, which says that the law brings new concepts that are missing in the current law. Such are those of the administration of residential complexes with villas, except for the palaces which is already in operation.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the builders' association has raised the concern that they have already faced conflicts with individual homeowners, who have elements in joint ownership that are not provided by law, such as green spaces, those of connecting roads such as and any other system for shared use.
