Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi called on all local police chiefs at the premises of the General Directorate of State Police to demand the strengthening of controls and zero tolerance for cannabis cultivation.

We did an analysis of the plan for the first 4 months and left the task for the next 4 months. ”The focus is on preventing cannabis cultivation. Here tolerance is zero. The minister underlined that controls will be stepped up to prevent abuses clothed under the guise of industrial cannabis.
