The Supreme Court has rejected the request for suspension of the sentence of Adriatik Llalla with 2 years in prison.

His lawyer Sokol Hazizaj said that "Italy recognizes his aggravated health condition and has suspended his extradition. Surprisingly, the Albanian court recognizes him".

While the head of SPAK, Arben Kraja said: "Llalla's health condition is known, but it is not a reason for suspension. This condition has been for a long time. He has performed high functions and the disease has not become an obstacle."
