Occurs in Vlora/ Caught with a quantity of cannabis in the car, the 22-year-old

A 22-year-old woman was handcuffed by the Vlora police after she was caught in the act with a quantity of cannabis while driving the vehicle.

During the search of the 22-year-old's apartment, an electronic scale was found that served to weigh and divide into smaller doses the amount of cannabis for the purpose of sale. In the meantime, a 20-year-old man, who was her passenger, has been investigated and is being processed at large.

A small amount of cannabis was also seized from him. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Vlora Judicial District Court for further action.
