The incident happened in self-defense, because the 50-year-old tried to throw him into the well and the 77-year-old hit him on the head with a hammer.

We remind you that the incident was revealed after the police arrived at the hospital. The family members initially told the investigators that the 50-year-old man was in a drunken state and fell and as a result injured his head.

After the investigations, the evidence was obtained, through which it turned out that the 50-year-old was drunk and had a conflict at home with his father, Shefki, whom he wanted to throw into the water well in the yard.

Then the 77-year-old man hit him several times on the head with a hammer used to break stones, and as a result of the serious injury, the 50-year-old man died on the way to the hospital. After preliminary investigations, the police arrested the 77-year-old man under the charge of murder due to family relations.
