"We felt burning in the eyes and in the eyes, suffocation and burning in the chest and shoulders, but we held the foreign national until the police came."
This is the testimony of one of the soldiers who was injured by the attack that took place at the weapons factory in Cekin, Gramsci.
Soldier Aldo Bici explains in his testimony the moment of the pursuit of the Russians, but also their condition after they were attacked with paralyzing spray.
"At around 17:25, I was informed by phone by the guard Ardian Xhaka that he had found a person who had entered the internal premises of the Plant, with the aim of choking in its warehouses. I followed this citizen together with Xhaka. In the vicinity of some houses in the village, about 200 meters from the surrounding wall of the Factory, they made it possible to catch and neutralize this citizen. The moment they approached to grab him by the arm, he took out a spray with which he sprayed our face and body. We felt burning eyes, nausea and burning chest and shoulders, but we held the foreigner until the police arrived. Then they sent us to the emergency room in Gramsci and then to Tirana," said Aldo Bici.
