Safet Bajri

Safet Bajri has arrived at the Police Directorate in Tirana.

As can be seen in the photo, Bajri is handcuffed and escorted by RENEA Special Forces officers. 

Bajri was arrested today at his apartment by order of SPAK. The arrest warrant against him was issued for the murder of Fatbardh Lici in 2018. 

It is reported that security measures for the same event have also been imposed on Asmer Bilal and Behar Bajri.

Bilal is currently in Reç prison, where he will be informed of the new charges.

Fatbardh Lici was executed in Shkodra on August 10, 2018. 

The 53-year-old was executed while drinking coffee at a bar in the Kiras neighborhood.

Lici is also known as the brother-in-law of Lulzim Kulla, known as the "strongman" of Shkodra.
