'The Russian car came twice', the residents tell what happened at the

Around 17:40 on Saturday, 3 Russian citizens tried to enter the arms factory in Gramsh.

One of the residents of the area told the media what she had seen the day before.

Fatmira Shaipi, whose apartment is located very close to the plant, said that she had seen the car in which the Russian citizens were driving at least 2 times yesterday.

"I saw the car twice yesterday, once before the rain and once after the rain. When we came out, they saw the soldiers shouting from whom the foreigner (Russian) had escaped", said the resident of the area.

She said that the Russian citizen who had thrown himself at the factory soldiers and was then caught by them was wearing shorts, a hat and a bag.

Civilians are not allowed to enter the former plant of Gramsci, so the soldiers asked the foreign citizen for documents, but the latter threw a spray at the soldier, neutralizing him.

While Nderim Balliu, a resident of the area near the weapons factory in Gramsh, has shown the fear he experienced the day before when 3 Russian citizens tried to enter the factory.

He indicated that inside the premises of the plant there are still many munitions that have not been removed, which, as he said, if they explode, could cause a real catastrophe.
