The police have escorted Gjovalin Shkambi, the uncle of the perpetrator of the murder of judge Astrit Kalaja.

Showing no sign of remorse for the crime committed by his nephew, he continued by saying that the judge who convicts him will face bullets.

"Even the judge who will convict him will face bullets. For 13 years we have been writing to the prime minister and the entire government: Give us the property, because we bought it from the state! The judge who will convict him has the same reward, we gave him the evidence. No one is raping us," says Gjovalin Shkambi.

Gjovalini says that the property the parties were in court over was purchased from the state. "Or put us in jail, because we privatized the property wrongly," he says.

Although he adds that he apologizes to the Kalaja family for the loss of their man, Gjovalin Shkambi threatens the other judges who will deal with the issue of his nephew and the property.

"I kneel down to the family of the late judge and ask for halal with a church and a mosque. But whoever will punish that boy will be judged as if Astrit (Kalaja) was judged. Because we bought the property legally and with rules. Whoever punishes that boy has the same thing, even Donald Trump, even the Pope, there is no playing with us anymore! We have won all the trials, we have a certificate. Let the state investigate, because we have been writing to Edi Rama for 13 years."

Gjovalin Shkambi also says that he was unaware of what his nephew would do. "We were not aware, because if we had been aware, it would not have happened. I am not afraid of revenge, we have started an unprecedented war. Who punishes that boy, in court with bullets in the courtroom, because he bought me into the state's trust, because I bought him from the state."
