He stated that his uncle Ragip Kurtaj was demanding his rights while placing the greatest blame for the incident on Lorenc Luka, the former mayor of Shkodra.

Shkëlqim Kurtaj has made a strong statement saying: " Gjon Shkambi had false documents ."
