The Association of European Journalists – Albania Section has strongly condemned the attack and pressure exerted on journalist Almer Toska by businessman Lul Morina, denounced by the journalist himself.

"Not only do they endanger his security, but they also undermine the reporting and integrity of journalism in Albania.

The Association of Albania calls for the work of free and independent journalism.

We will stand by the work of our colleague Almer Toska and all other journalists who face their pressure," the reaction reads.
