The attack that shocked Shkodra was recorded in the Dobraç neighborhood and is suspected to be a conflict between the city's gangs.

Arlind Bushati, the son of the former candidate for mayor for the Democratic Party, Xhemal Bushati, passed away in the regional hospital of Shkodra around 10:00 p.m. in the evening.

Earlier, Bushati's co-passenger in the "Mercedes Benz" vehicle, Hamza Lici, and Flutura Basha, a bystander, were declared dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the Shkodra Police escorted more than 10 people so far.

Safet Bajri was one of those accompanied.

The latter, after giving a statement, was released by the police.
