The Supreme Court has overturned the appeal of the former chief of the Kurbin Police, Dritan Metaj, who was arrested a short time ago during a SPAK mega-operation to attack a criminal group.

As part of the "Flame at sea" operation, arrest warrants were also issued for Gëzim Çela, Arben Dalipaj, and Roland Guxo in Metaj. However, Dalipaj and Duxo were declared wanted as they are abroad.

Dozens of cell phone communications were discovered for Meta and Çela, after the investigations that started after the burning of a boathouse near Shengjin. The perpetrators allegedly set fire to the boat while they were exchanging drugs at sea, and pointed out that they were being chased by the police.
