The Supreme Court overturns the decision to seize Ahmetaj's assets, the case is returned for retrial to the GJKKO

The Supreme Court has decided to overturn the decision to seize Arben Ahmetaj's assets and return the case for retrial to the Special Appeal.

The decision was issued today by Judge Gent Shala, who overturned the previous decision of Judge Dhimitër Lara, regarding the seizure of three of Ahmetaj's properties.

According to the decision, the case will be reviewed again in the Special Appeal with a different judicial panel, returning the process to the retrial phase.
