Police react to suspicions about finding Eglant Koç: We have discovered a

Tirana Police have reacted after reports of the discovery of Eglant Koç's body.

According to the Police, a decomposed body was found in the village of Cerrujë, Elbasan, for which verifications are being carried out with the aim of identifying it.

"In the territory of the village of Cerrujë, Domush neighborhood, a male human body was found in the process of decomposition.

"The Police Services and the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continue investigations and verifications with the aim of identifying the citizen, as well as clarifying other circumstances of the case," the Police announced.

Eglant Koçi has been missing for two weeks.

It is suspected that he was killed by his friend Armand Shakaj, who is wanted by the Police.
