Five days before Gentian Sharra was arrested by the Special Prosecution Office SPAK on June 10, 2022, he turns out to have carried out a series of actions in order to alienate the properties he owns in the city of Elbasan.

Apparently, the suspect was aware of the property investigation that was being conducted by the Elbasan prosecutor's office and consequently decided to remove the criminal responsibility, and at the same time to legally protect the status of his assets.

"Ora News" learns that in early May, Gentian Sharra and his wife Olta Sharra, sold to their close people, some of the cars they owned.

At the same time, Sharra sold to his brother's bride and 4 other real estates, in order to alienate and remove legal responsibility from these properties. According to the prosecution, all these actions were carried out in the first days of May.

Just a few days later, Gentian Sharra, would fall into the hands of the police, as involved in several armed robberies along with Talo Cela, Nuredin Dumani and other persons.

This property investigation against Gentian Sharra, launched by the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office in June 2021 and finalized in June 2022, revealed that in the women's company "Sharra", he was employed as a storekeeper for a period of time and the most wanted police man, Talo Çela who was declared with a salary of 300 thousand ALL.

The case was transferred for further investigation to the special prosecution SPAK, after it was transferred by order of prosecutor Arben Kraja.

Gentian Sharra, his wife, Olta, father, brother and sister-in-law are being investigated by SPAK, while most of the assets have been seized, including a company in the name of the woman who has won dozens of food tenders in the General Directorate of Prisons, hospitals, kindergartens, nurseries, etc.
