The transformer of the electrical substation in Elbasan is engulfed in flames

Substation number 2 of electricity in the Former Metallurgy of Elbasan was engulfed in flames last night around 23:25.

The fire, according to official sources, is suspected to have been caused by the explosion of the transformer that serves for the supply of electricity.

Several vehicles of the Fire Service immediately intervened to extinguish the flames which took on large proportions. Thankfully no one was injured in the blast.
