The Military Meteorological Service announces that today our country will be affected by unstable weather conditions due to the penetration of humid air masses of western origin.

The weather is expected to be partly cloudy with occasional low to moderate intensity rain in the form of thunderstorms. In the southern area, precipitation is expected to be in short-term periods with up to high intensity in the form of downpours accompanied by electrical discharges.

In the Alps area and mountainous reliefs in the northeast and southeast at altitudes above 1000-1200 meters, low-intensity snowfall is expected. Dense local fog / mist mainly in valley areas in the morning hours as well as at the time of rain and snowfall.

The wind is forecast to blow from the northeast - southeast at an average speed of 4 - 12 m/sec, with gusts of 14-18 m/s accompanied by waves in seas of force 3-5. After the afternoon hours, the wind intensity drops to 1-7 m/s and waves in seas of force 1-2.
