A 29-year-old Albanian woman identified as Savannah Kulla was shot to death by her partner, Anthony Deschepper, 38.

The serious incident occurred in Brampton, Canada, when the husband of Savannah Kulla, a mother of 4, shot her in a parking lot, leaving her dead on the spot.

After the crime, the perpetrator took one of their children and attempted to leave the scene in his vehicle, but was shot dead by police in an attempt to arrest him.

Kulla's mother told Canadian media that she never believed something like this would happen to her daughter. "[He was] so in love with her, that's what shocked me. Like crazy about her... to the point where he was obsessed," she said.

Anthony Deschepper

She said that Kulla had recently broken up with him. "He's recently been telling me that I need to leave him," Karen said.

"She would go see him and say 'this is over' and that's what she did at the weekend," Karen said.

Tower's mother confirmed that Savannah had a daughter with Deschepper and three other sons who are currently with their father, Savannah's ex-partner.
