7 properties of the "Arre" type, with a total area of ​​15,028 m2, located on the banks of the Drin River and on Shengjin Island, are confiscated.

The confiscation by the police was carried out in implementation of the decision of the Criminal Court, as it is suspected that the assets were obtained from criminal activity.

In implementation of the 2021 decision of the GjKKO, left in force by the decision of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime of 2022, specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the Lezha DVP, in cooperation with specialists from the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, confiscated 7 properties of the "Arre" type, with a total area of ​​15028 m2.

The seized properties are located 2 on the banks of the Drin River and 5 in the village of Ishull Shëngjin.
