A 45-year-old Albanian man was shot dead by a 78-year-old Italian man. The victim has been identified as Dritan Hakajt, while the perpetrator is Walter Budri, an Italian citizen. The event was recorded on Saturday, October 26, in front of the pensioner's apartment on Via Varese in Garbagnate Milanese, north of Milan in Italy. 

Italian media write that the victim had an extramarital affair with the author's wife.

From the first investigations, Hakaj frequented the house where Budri lived with his wife, also Albanian. But at 3 o'clock in the morning, October 26, the 45-year-old arrives drunk at the couple's apartment. He attacks the woman, in front of her 11-year-old son, whom he had from a previous relationship. Her husband was also at home, who with a Beretta 22 pistol shot 2 times in the air to scare the 'wife's lover' writes Corriere della Sera 

The victim leaves the apartment and goes down the stairs in an attempt to leave, while the elderly man followed him with the elevator and the two met on the first floor, where there was another fight between the two and another bullet in the air.

 Four pistol cartridges were found at the scene by the police, while one hit the 45-year-old in the chest.

The elderly man was arrested on the charge of intentional homicide after he said in his first testimony to the police that he had shot him after a fight with the 45-year-old, while he gave another testimony to the prosecutors.

The weapon that was kept by the elderly man at home without permission has also been seized. The victim was a resident of Milan, unemployed, with precedents in drug trafficking, prostitution and theft.
