Flamur Rraja, the brother of the former deputy of SP Rrahman Rraja, has been declared wanted by the Kruja Police.
Flamur Rraja allegedly raped a citizen named Kujtim Caca, after the alleged conflict over property issues.
Along with him, his son, Ariel Rraja, is also suspected of having participated in the violence against the citizen.
There are suspicions that violence was also used against other members of Kujtim Cacaj's family.
In July 2023, members of the Rraja tribe barbarically beat two Mayan cousins in Krujë.
