The photo of the former agent of the operational forces, Jeton Lami, arrested after being accused of accompanying and exporting the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj while he was wanted by the police, appears.

Jeton Lami was arrested on August 24, 2022, by order of the Laçi prosecutor's office, on the charge of "Abuse of duty" and at no time has he agreed to talk about the fate of Ervis Martinaj and his association with this person who is wanted since 4 month by the SPAK special prosecution Jeton Lami was arrested by court decision and is currently held in Shënkolli prison.

The police discovered that the last two people who accompanied Ervis Martinaj on August 7 and 8, 2022, were the police officer Jeton Lami and a girl.

Around 18:30 in the afternoon of August 8, 2022, Martinaj left the premises of a building located behind a shopping center in the "Zogut te Zi" area and then got into the "Audi A8" type car.

According to sources of the criminal police investigating the case of Martinaj's disappearance, his silhouette was captured by a camera near this car wash in Tirana. Footage seized by police shows Martinaj walking fast while wearing dark sunglasses.

But before coming to Tirana, Martinaj was in Durrës in a hotel of this city together with a girl. Jeton Lami also accompanied him to this hotel.

The girl who testified that she stayed only one night in the company of Ervis Martinaj, in a hotel in Durrës, was also questioned. 

The disappearance of the man who in Albania is considered the "King of the Games of Fate", has already entered the spiral of parallel cases investigated without result by the Albanian prosecution, such as that of Enver Stafukas, Jan Prengës, Eduard Beleg, Irena Selit, Remzi Hoxës , Kleanthi Koçit, Albano Xhaferaj, Elvis Troqes, Leonard Mehmetit, Agron Molla, Gëzim Hysaj.

From May 18, 2022, Martinaj is wanted by the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, as part of the "Golden Bullet" operation, for the charge of "Providing the means to commit murder" in the form of a "Structured Criminal Group", in harm's way of Endri Dokles, a member of a group in Durrës and Tirana, known as the "Durres gang".
