He bought votes for the Berisha-Meta coalition in Kavajë, the captain

The Court for Corruption and Organized Crime has left in prison Klodian Kapedan, arrested at the request of the Special Prosecution for the criminal offense of "active corruption in elections".

He declared before the black squads that the conversations were mainly with his wife.

In the meantime, the Captain asked Gjakata for a milder security measure than arrest in prison with the argument that he has a sick 2-year-old little girl, whom he said should be taken care of, a request which was not accepted.

Last Friday he was arrested after the Special Prosecutor's Office accuses him of buying votes in Kavaja, as it was discovered through wiretapping. These interceptions were carried out due to an investigation into other criminal offenses not related to vote-buying.
