English, the strongest point for graduates

English seems to be the strongest point for this year's graduates. This is shown by the results of the first state matura exam.

After correcting the tests, it turned out that the passing rate in the English course is 96%. Nearly 380 graduates received the maximum points of the test, while 24% of the graduates achieved a grade of 10.

1,000 high school graduates could not pass the English exam, which they will have to retake in the fall.

The Minister of Education, Evis Kushi, has appreciated the high results of the high school graduates in the compulsory English exam, while asking students and teachers to respect the rules for the remaining two exams.

Meanwhile, groups of assessment teachers have started work on correcting the Albanian language and literature tests. This is considered one of the most difficult exams for high school graduates next to the math exam, which will take place on June 13. While on June 19 is the last exam of the state matura, that of the most optional subject.

This year, graduates who have disputes about their exam grades can request re-evaluation. The final grade of the exam will be the result of the re-correction process.
