The operation in Vaun e Deja

As part of the police operation coded "Mnela", 583 cannabis seedlings were found and destroyed by burning in the village of Mnelë e Vogël of the Municipality of Vau i Deja.

From the investigative actions, the crime investigation specialists of the Vau i Deja Police Station made it possible to identify and announce the wanted author of this cultivation case, specifically the citizen with the initials N. Gj., a resident of Lezhë. The work for his capture continues.

In addition, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", for the elder of the village of Mnelë e Vogël, Vau i Dejës.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
