The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs qualifies as untrue and completely abusive the information published on several portals, on the so-called "blocking" of the bank accounts of the MEPJ or the Albanian diplomatic missions, including Italy.

MEPJ informs "the public opinion and the media that, based on the Vienna Convention, the bank accounts of MEPJ and any diplomatic representation of the Republic of Albania enjoy diplomatic immunity and thus are inviolable under any circumstances.

Every employee of the MEPJ and the service abroad, both in Italy and in any other country, has received payment regularly, like the one in July, in accordance with the laws and the labor code".
