The National Council of the Territory has approved 20 construction permits, objects which are expected to be built along the Albanian coast, from south to north, turning especially the coast of Albania into a construction site.

Among the decisions approved at the last meeting, the KKT also opened the way for construction permits in the Durrës Marina & Yacht project, with the developer company "Durrës Marina" sh.a.

"Building permit for the object: "Residential and service building with 1, 6, 7, 8 and 10 above-ground floors, 1 partially underground parking floor and 1 underground parking floor" and "Residential and service building 1, 6, 7 and 8 above-ground floors , 1 floor partially underground parking and 1 floor underground parking", Zone 02, Management Zone A02 and A04, located in "Durres Marina & Yachts", with the developer company "Durrës Marina" sh.a.", it is stated in the decision of the KKT.

Also, a large number of building permits have been granted for resorts in Lalëzi Bay, Shengjin and along the coast in the South.

For the area of ​​Lezha, a permit has been granted with the object "Residential building, Shengjin", the second permit approved by KKT is a residential and service object and a hotel and casino object, with the beneficiary company Dukagjini Group. On the agenda at the KKT meeting were the two tourist port projects, that of Durrës and Vlora.

For the Port of Durrës, where KKT approved the construction permit for 9 buildings. While for the Port of Vlora and the coast of Lazi, a total of 6 permits were approved. In relation to the south coast, a number of projects have been approved.
