The Court of Tirana has accepted the request of the Prosecution to extend the terms of the investigation and detention by 3 months for Alda Klos.

The former official of the Ministry of Finance was arrested on charges of "money laundering", "non-declaration of assets" and "false declaration", based on the testimony given by the sanitary worker Rozeta Dobi.

The latter claims that Klos kept high monetary values ​​in the apartment since 2018 and that the entire monetary amount of about 500 thousand Euros, found in her apartment after the arrest for theft, belonged to Alda Klos.

After postponing the security measure "prison arrest" for another 3 months, Alda Klosi's lawyer, Arbër Hoxhaj, in a statement to journalists, stated that Alda Klosi is being held in prison without evidence and that only the 138 thousand euros found in the sanitary house belongs to Alda Klos, the rest, he added, is up to the prosecution to find the ownership of the full amount of money.
