A fatal accident occurred a few moments ago on the Thumanë-Laç highway.
According to police, a 21-year-old man hit a pedestrian, still unidentified, with his car, causing his instant death.
The 21-year-old has been escorted to the police station, as investigations continue to fully unravel the serious incident.
Police announcement:
On 14.03.2025, at around 19:00, on the Thumanë-Laç highway, the vehicle driven by citizen FT, 21 years old, hit an unidentified citizen (pedestrian) who lost his life as a result.
The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the police station for further action.
The investigation team is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
