Safet Bajri's girlfriend was arrested about 2 weeks ago, on charges of " supporting the perpetrator of the crime ."  

It is learned that this is  Eria Ago , a well-known name in the showbiz field.

She was arrested on February 26 by order of SPAK, as a supporter of the perpetrator, in connection with the murder of Fatbardh Licit in Shkodra in 2018, a murder for which Safet Bajri himself was arrested on February 21.

So, 5 days later, his girlfriend was also arrested, and is currently in prison, but her arrest was kept out of the media's attention.

But what is her role in Lici's murder?

Ago is suspected of having transported Asmer Bilal from Shkodra to Tirana. There are several conversations between her and Safet the day before the event, August 9, 2018.

Ago was questioned again in 2018 for the same incident. He is currently in the prison hospital.

It is learned that she admitted that she had been in a relationship with Safet for 3 weeks, and the day before the incident they were at a bar with music until the early hours of the morning.

It is learned that Ago has appealed to the Special Appeals Court the first instance decision for the assignment of the security measure "prison arrest" against her as a suspect for committing the criminal offense of "supporting the perpetrator of the crime".

The legal defender opposes the coercive measure with the argument that SPAK's evidence does not hold up, adding to this the fact that Ago is hospitalized in the prison hospital due to a serious psychological condition.

The young woman was arrested by order of prosecutor Elida Kaçkini, under suspicion of having helped Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilal on the day of the murder of Fatbardh Lici in Shkodra, an event noted in 2018.

During the session to assess the conditions of the security measure, Eria Ago maintained a negative stance regarding the claims of the special prosecution, saying that she has no connection to the event and that on the day Fatbardh Lici was killed, she was in Tirana and not in Shkodra, while the prosecution claims that mobile antennas show that she was in Shkodra.

According to information, Ago was questioned regarding this matter at the time of the incident, but was released.

It is expected that an electronic draw will be held at the second instance of the judiciary to determine the judge who will consider the appeal, after which the latter will set the date of the hearing.

For the same incident, the three suspects in Lici's murder, Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Behar Bajri, also appealed the measure to the Court of Appeal.

Ago is also known in the entertainment world as a model and representative of Albania in "Miss Tourism Quin 2013".

Eria Ago's involvement in problems with the justice system dates back even earlier. She was also mentioned in the wiretaps that led to the imprisonment of Hermes Nikaj, otherwise known as "The Bird of Tirana", as being involved in a prostitution ring in 2020.

At that time, Ago reacted by saying that he had nothing to do with the incident.

Through a post on social media, she claimed that it was all a slander to smear her image and that she did not need the money.

How did Fatbardh kill Lici?

Fatbardh Lici is the brother of Mustafa Lici and the uncle of Ibrahim and Hamza Lici. 

The 53-year-old was executed on the morning of August 10, 2018, with a barrage of bullets while he was in a cafe accompanied by other people in the Kiras neighborhood of Shkodra.

Lici was shot by a person who got out of a "Benz" type vehicle, without license plates.

Fatbardh Lici was Lulëzim Kulla's brother-in-law, the latter of whom survived a TNT attack on January 13, 2018, and suspicions arose that clashes had begun between the Bajri and Lici tribes.
