A 65-year-old man was arrested by the Saranda police after allegedly sexually harassing a minor girl.

The police say that as soon as they received the notification that the 65-year-old man entered the apartment where the 16-year-old girl was and tried to sexually harass her, the officers went and arrested him.

The 65-year-old man was arrested for sexually harassing a 16-year-old citizen in her apartment.

After receiving the notification from a 16-year-old girl, that a citizen who tried to sexually harass her had entered her apartment, the services of the Saranda Police Station immediately went to this apartment and arrested the citizen SS, 65 years old, in the act.

Meanwhile, at the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue for the legal documentation of the criminal responsibility of the 65-year-old.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Sexual Harassment".
