The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was the first to speak at today's plenary session, where the Territorial Reform is expected to be voted on.

In his speech, the chief democrat stated that 'a major crime has been ordered to be committed, the annihilation of 15 functional municipalities'.

Berisha added that they have also called Belinda Balluku to vote to approve the Territorial Reform.

Stand up if you are in parliament so the nation can see what a scumbag you are. You are doing everything to vote for a reform that violates the interests of citizens.
