International relations expert Floriar Arapi fears clashes at the October 8 protest, where in addition to citizens, the Democratic Party has also called a rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

Arapi warned Berisha not to get into the crowd and not to create provocations.

According to the expert, Berisha's goal with this protest is to re-enter the scene, as for months the role of the opposition has not been played by the DP, but by the citizens.

"The cause for Territorial Reform is right, whether from the DP, those disappointed socialists, and the protest in its entirety.

If Berisha comes there and gets in the middle of the protesters and says 'don't insult Saliu', 'don't say Berisha is in prison', and with some strong people there coming and bragging, this is a diversion. 

If he takes a stand, and we protest in parallel, let's protest, because we won't tell Berisha or any democrat not to protest against the government. But if he gets among people and causes diversion, that's a problem, it creates provocations.

"There is a possibility of such a scenario, I don't know what plan they have. Berisha has left the stage and will be re-entered, because he is no longer playing the role of the opposition," he told A2.
