Fans harshly criticized Ronald Araujo on social media for his performance in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final between Barcelona and Inter on Tuesday.

The defender failed to impress in the 44 minutes he spent on the pitch, as Barcelona lost 4-3 at San Siro after 120 minutes of play.

After the match, fans criticized Araujo on X, with one writing:

"Players like Araujo make you hate the sport. The anger that's boiling inside me right now is not good for my health."

Another wrote:

"I will never forgive Araujo."

"Araujo is so funny. He's not even worth hating on. He's just who he is. The Nunez of center backs," wrote another.

"This should be Araujo's last game for the club," added another fan.

"The dead Araujo is the stupidest player in our history," was another comment.

"Araujo remains the undisputed king of all fools," said another fan.
